HEP Construction was founded by Marcus House and is now led alongside partners Kenney and Natalie, who grew from working within the company to owning a stake in its future.

Marcus brings strong technical and operational leadership to the business. With an engineering background and years of experience managing complex, multimillion-dollar projects across hospitality, commercial, and high-end residential sectors, he built his expertise in environments where schedules are tight, inspections are strict, and execution matters. That experience shaped the foundation of HEP Construction—structured planning, clear coordination, and disciplined project control.

Natalie strengthens that foundation with a background in industrial engineering, business strategy, and client operations. Holding an MBA in Human Resources Management, her experience spans international sales, account management, and structured growth environments where systems and communication are key. She ensures the company operates with the same level of professionalism behind the scenes as it does on the job site.

HEP Construction was built to solve a common issue in the construction industry—the gap between quality execution and client experience.
